Medical practitioners who are eligible to provide voluntary assisted dying services: Voluntary assisted dying training is available to medical practitioners who hold Fellowship of a medical college or vocationally registered general practitioners (VR GPs). To create an account, you need to provide your Ahpra number to confirm your Ahpra registration and eligibility to complete training. Your Ahpra number is provided to the Voluntary Assisted Dying Review Board when you complete training. Your account will be verified within 2 business days.

Other medical practitioners, health professionals, volunteers and other users: You will be asked to provide your name and email address to create an account for access to resources on voluntary assisted dying in Victoria. These will be published from time to time. General information on voluntary assisted dying is available from the Department of Health website.

Lost log in details or want to renew training: If you registered on our previous system (before July 2022) or have lost your log in details, please email endoflifecare@health.vic.gov.au. This email address is monitored between Monday and Friday during business hours.
